  • If it can be measured, measure it! This applies to both client-facing and internal TELUS websites.
  • Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture SiteCatalyst) is the TELUS Digital enterprise standard for analytics tracking on external websites and all TELUS websites must have this tagging implemented.
  • Avoid using Google Analytics or other web analytics tools without engaging the TELUS Digital analytics team on external-facing TELUS websites.
  • Additional tools can be used to gather analytics depending on your project’s needs.
  • Make sure to define key KPIs and measurement strategies at the start of any digital project.
  • Define targets so you can set benchmark on what good looks like.
